jilievo Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the jilievo platform and all its related services, websites, mobile applications and digital content. This document forms a legal agreement between you and the organisation operating jilievo.

By accessing, registering on, or using any service of this platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to follow these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are requested to stop using this platform.

These Terms are written in Bengali. In the event of any conflict between a translation and the Bengali text, the Bengali text shall prevail. jilievo reserves the right to change these Terms at any time, and continued use of the platform after any change will be considered acceptance of that change.

2.1 Registration Requirements

To open an account on jilievo, you must provide accurate and complete information. At the time of registration, you must provide your real name, mobile number, date of birth and address. Providing false or misleading information may result in account cancellation.

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each person may operate only one account. Attempting to open multiple accounts from the same device, IP address or household will be treated as fraudulent activity and all associated accounts may be closed.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

jilievo reserves the right to verify your identity in order to keep your account active and to process withdrawals. This process may require a copy of your national ID card, passport or driving licence. Some services may be restricted until verification is complete.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials (username and password) fully confidential. You are accountable for all activity carried out from your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact the support team immediately.

The minimum age to participate on the jilievo platform is 21 years. Any person under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited from opening or using an account on this platform.

The following persons are not eligible to use this platform:

• Any person under the age of 21
• Any person accessing from a region or country where online gaming is legally prohibited
• Any person whose account was previously closed by jilievo
• Any person currently in a self-exclusion or cooling-off period
• Platform employees or their immediate family members

jilievo may request age and identity verification documents at any time in cases of suspicion. If documents are not provided, the account may be suspended temporarily or permanently.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The following methods may be used for deposits on jilievo: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, etc.). Funds sent via cryptocurrency or any other unauthorised method will not be accepted.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳100 (one hundred taka). Deposits below this amount will not be processed.

4.3 Deposit Conditions

Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name only. Funds sent from a third-party account will be returned and the associated account may be subject to investigation.

5.1 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer may be used to withdraw funds. The minimum amount for each withdrawal request is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka).

5.2 Processing Time

Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 1 hour. Processing may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Before making a withdrawal, you must ensure that all wagering requirements attached to bonuses in your account have been met. If wagering is incomplete, bonus-related funds cannot be withdrawn; however, your own deposited funds remain withdrawable.

5.4 Anti-Fraud Verification

jilievo conducts security checks on all withdrawal requests. If unusual or suspicious activity is detected, a withdrawal may be temporarily held and additional information may be requested.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 will add ৳1,500 in bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500. Before this bonus can be withdrawn, bets totalling ৳1,500 × 20 = ৳30,000 must be placed.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement applies to each bonus. This means the total bonus amount must be used in bets 20 times. Example: on a deposit of ৳20,200, a maximum bonus of ৳15,000 will be received and the wagering requirement will be ৳15,000 × 20 = ৳3,00,000.

6.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• Another bonus cannot be claimed while one bonus is already active.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — winnings from a bonus can only be withdrawn once wagering is complete.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the account and associated bonuses will be cancelled.
• Bonus offers may be changed or cancelled at any time — always check the latest terms.

7.1 General Betting Rules

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If a bet is incorrectly calculated due to a technical error, jilievo reserves the right to correct it. Exploiting software bugs or errors to place bets is strictly prohibited.

7.2 Sports Betting

In sports betting, bets must be placed on scheduled matches or events. If a match is cancelled for any reason, the staked amount will be refunded. Any attempt to win through match fixing or other fraudulent means will result in the permanent closure of the account.

7.3 Casino Games

All casino games are operated using verified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The RTP (Return to Player) for each game can be found in the game information section. Game results are not predetermined in any way.

7.4 Live Casino

Live casino games are streamed directly from Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live and other certified studios. In live games, the dealer's decision is final and cannot be changed except in the case of technical issues.

7.5 Prohibited Activities

• Placing bets using bots or automated software
• Attempting to hack accounts or gain unauthorised access
• Colluding with other players to gain an advantage
• Collecting bonuses through multiple accounts
• Exploiting incorrect or expired odds

8.1 Temporary Suspension

jilievo may temporarily suspend any account for the following reasons:

• Failure to provide identity verification documents
• Suspicious or unusual financial transactions
• Concerns about account security risk
• The user's own request (such as an application for self-exclusion)

8.2 Permanent Closure

An account may be permanently closed in cases of fraudulent activity, suspected money laundering, serious breach of these Terms or a legal directive. In such cases, deposited funds may be forfeited.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

If you feel that your gaming habits are getting out of control, please read our responsible gaming guidelines and make use of the self-exclusion option. It is possible to close your account for a set period or permanently by contacting the support team.

All content on the jilievo platform — logos, designs, software, text, graphics, videos and other digital elements — is protected under the intellectual property rights of the respective owners.

Users are not permitted to copy, redistribute, modify or use this content for commercial purposes. Game software is the property of third-party developers and may only be used through the jilievo platform.

Any third-party trademarks or brand names used on this platform have been used with their consent. Ownership of these remains with the respective companies.

10.1 Service Interruption

The jilievo platform is provided on an "as is" basis. jilievo bears limited liability for losses caused by technical faults, server downtime or internet connectivity issues.

10.2 Third-Party Services

jilievo is not directly liable for issues arising from payment gateways, game software or other third-party services. However, jilievo will endeavour to assist in resolving such issues.

10.3 Limitation of Damages

In any circumstance, jilievo's liability will not exceed the total amount you deposited in the past 30 days. jilievo will not be liable for indirect, incidental or punitive damages.
